On Sunday October 29th, our reporters Jeroen (chef at the Slow Food Chefs Alliance) and Anne Luz (chairwoman of SFYN Amsterdam), will visit Sander at De Krekerij in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Sander is food entrepreneur and co-founder of De Krekerij; a food enterprise that makes various kinds of products made of insects. He will tell you all about his products made of insects.
