On Thursday October 15th, our reporters Jeroen (chef at the Slow Food Koks Alliance) and Anne Luz (chairwoman of SFYN Amsterdam), will visit Theo at his farm De Sophiahoeve in Warmond, the Netherlands. Theo is 12th generation farmer and cheesemaker. He will tell you all about his purebred cows and award-winning artisanal cheese named ‘Boeren Leyden Traditioneel met sleutels’.
