At Miuz we produce and sell Italian artisanal gelato. We have currently 2 shops in Amsterdam. We made gelato from scratch every day using fresh ingredients (fruit, milk, etc.), following the seasonality of the produces, prioritazing local and small suppliers. We give high importance at the sustainability both in terms of ingredients selection and packaging of our products.

Good, Clean & Fair bij MIUZ
We select our ingredients with care, prioritizing local and small producers and those companies who put the sustainability at the first place.
We are working on a plastic free project with the aim of emilinating the use of plastic in the take away packaging (cups, spoons, thermal boxes, etc.). We are doing that with the use of paper and its derivates or reusable packaging.
Slow Food Professionals Community
Carlo brings his experience of being pioneer in using “good, clean and fair” ingredients in the gelato making to the Slow Food Professionals Community. He is trying to communicate the importance of the awarness of what we eat to the customers.
